Svetlana is an executive and team coach, strategic advisor, business coach, Kellogg Executive Scholar in Leadership, and Founder of Dharma Growth, LLC, an Arlington, VA-based executive coaching and business consulting company.
Svetlana’s career spans 20 years of R&D, strategy design, transformational change management, and growth-innovation leadership. Svetlana held senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies and international development non-profit organizations. As a Vice Chair of the International Coaching Federation Thought Leadership Institute's Global Board of Directors, she helps set the future direction of coaching.
Svetlana received her PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University and a postgraduate diploma in digital business from Emeritus, in partnership with Columbia University/MIT Sloan School of Management.
Svetlana holds a PCC coaching credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), EIA & ITCA Pracitioner certification with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and a Health and Wellness Board coaching certification with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
