The work is private. The change is unmistakable.
CLIENT OUTCOMES AND EVIDENCE
What senior leaders take away from our work — in their own words, and in the patterns that recur across hundreds of engagements. Shared with permission, held to the confidentiality that the work depends on.
A NOTE ON WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE
The most impactful work I do is rarely public. The leaders I serve are not case studies, and the strongest evidence of the work often remains with them: in the decisions they make, the conversations they handle differently, and the confidence they take forward in their work and life.
For that reason, you will not find named CEOs, company logos, or identifiable stories on this page. That discretion is part of the trust the work requires, and part of what clients rightly expect.
What you will find is evidence in a more appropriate form: patterns that recur across engagements, selected words from clients who chose to share them, and anonymized accounts of how the work moved a specific situation. For senior buyers, this is the shape the evidence takes. Discretion is part of the standard.
“Lana’s unwavering support and insightful guidance were a beacon of light during a challenging career transition. I regained my self-confidence and uncovered my ability to lead authentically and purposefully. I wholeheartedly endorse Lana to anyone seeking a profound and deeply personal journey towards transformative leadership.”

WHAT CHANGES
The shifts that show up in real work.
The context changes from one situation to another, and from one client to another. The outcomes tend to be more consistent. Clients recognize sharper judgment, clearer communication, stronger presence in difficult rooms, better decisions under pressure, and a more deliberate way of leading when the stakes are high.
HIGH-STAKES DECISION
“A few conversations resolved an issue that had been troubling me for a long time, and got me back on the right track.”
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR, SWITZERLAND
Leaders stop delaying the decision and make the next move with more clarity and intention.
CLARITY UNDER PRESSURE
“She asked me questions I hadn't thought to ask myself — and I found complete clarity on the situation, which is rare.”
R&D LEADER, USA
Leaders come in with complexity and leave knowing what really needs attention.
AUTHENTIC CONFIDENCE
“She helps me find the balance between leadership and my true self — insightful and genuinely helpful, every time.”
OPERATIONS LEAD, $4B GLOBAL COMPANY
The goal is not for leaders to need me forever. It is for them to leave with a clearer way of thinking they can rely on after the work ends.
PRESENCE IN THE HARD CONVERSATION
“I restored my courage to face the challenge I'd once escaped from.”
SENIOR LEADER, JAPAN
Leaders say what needs to be said and stay present and confident in rooms that used to unsettle them.
"She delves into the story behind the story to find what is really at the root. In one conversation, she gave me a perspective on my own leadership I had never been handed before."CHIEF DATA AND INFORMATION OFFICER · GLOBAL COMPANY
HOW THE WORK EVOLVES
Five situations, anonymized.
Credentials may open the door. However, the valuable transformation comes from many other things, built over a particular career.
01
BIOTECH · SENIOR LEADER
From chaotic growth to a deliberate path forward
A leader in a fast-scaling organization, capable but reactive, with no real plan for their own trajectory. The work built self-awareness, sharpened how they showed up with stakeholders, and turned hesitance into clarity and intent — resulting in a promotion and strong stakeholder support.
02
SALES ENGINEERING · GO-TO-MARKET
Leading a major shift with clarity under pressure
A leader steering a significant go-to-market change, losing clarity in the noise. The work sharpened in-the-moment judgment and self-evaluation, informed by candid stakeholder feedback — with measurable results, including a shorter deal cycle.
03
CORPORATE FINANCE · SENIOR DIRECTOR
A high-stakes exit and promotion, made on purpose
After nearly two decades with the same company, an executive faced a draining environment and the fear of leaving it. The work moved them from stuck to deliberate — into a new role with more agency, more standing, and markedly more satisfaction.
04
SUSTAINABILITY · PARTNERSHIP LEADER
Unsticking motion where planning had stalled
A leader came in discouraged after months of stalled progress. Planning tools had not helped. What changed was a clearer read of the situation — and of their own part in it — which restored momentum and made the next steps practical again.
05
LEADERSHIP ADVISORY · NONPROFIT
From dread in executive conversations to steady authority
A leader who tensed in conversations that required authority rebuilt their footing, went on to facilitate groups of forty-five and more, and reframed a hard transition as a meaningful threshold — leading from steadiness rather than strain.
Few more, in their own words.
“She prompted me to develop new approaches to advancing goals I'd been circling for some time.”
— General Counsel, USA
“Anchoring habits in core values to make them more organic. Advice I'm still thinking about.”
— CTO/CIO, Healthcare
“Pragmatic and impactful. The kind of counsel that earns its place on a senior calendar.”
— Partner, Consulting, Europe
“My whole perspective on careers has shifted, thanks in large part to our conversations.”
— SVP of Strategy, Higher Education
“I strengthened my collaboration, communication, decision-making, and delegation skills while remaining true to my authentic introverted self.”
— Senior Advisor, Cyber Security
“She had an immeasurable impact on our membership — unlocking the potential of the executives in the room."
— Head of Guide Success, CHIEF
